I’ve managed client relationships at Endpoint from the early days – over 13 years now! I’ve worked a lot in the retail sector and particularly enjoy helping clients bring retail environments to life.

I’m responsible for all things John Lewis, being their key account manager for over a decade. Initially I helped them transition to their new visual identity through their internal wayfinding, across their UK stores. Today, we are a dedicated partner, involved early in the process of all new-build store development and existing store upgrades. That’s everything from wayfinding strategy, signage development and rollout. Basically, we ensure that the John Lewis brand is on-brand every time in all their internal branded environments.

I’ve worked in the design business for over 22 years, cutting my teeth at various agencies in London including Pentagram, Imagination and The Partners.

Outside of work I have a range of interests from medieval history – possibly a hangover from my degree in Archaeology and Classical Studies – to cooking.
