I co-founded Endpoint back in 1999 with Paul, from a small studio in Soho. We built our own desks and got a ‘£1 deposit/pay the rest back in a year’ deal for all our computer gear from Mac Warehouse. Thankfully, the quality of our kit has improved since then and we’ve grown an internationally talented team, of which I’m very proud.
Driving the business forward, I keep one eye on how we can help clients innovate further as the industry and technology evolves, and the other on identifying new opportunities to build the business and its international capability.
My outlook on work is simple, surround yourself with super talented people whose company you genuinely enjoy, have fun and always deliver excellence. I’m a strong believer in people and it’s my vision for us to become a Times 100 ‘Best Employer to work for’ by 2020.
I started out with a Bsc in Industrial Design from Brunel University, London and studied at architecture school at Politecnico Di Milano in Italy. During my career I have helped many global brands and architects get the most out of the built environment, directing projects here in the UK and across the Gulf region.
Family commitments and travelling take up much of my spare time, but I do play the drums when I can.
