It’s great to see projects that I work on make a difference to people in the public domain. I do believe the small things count – it’s why I love agonising over the details of production and material choice.
I’ve worked as an industrial designer within the public and private sectors, both in the UK and internationally, for over 12 years. During this time I’ve developed a pretty diverse skill set, designing everything from toys and street furniture through to wayfinding sign families.
I was thrilled to be a key part of the product design team that helped deliver Legible London scheme for Transport for London. We won a number of awards including Gold at the DBA Design Effectiveness Awards.
Outside of work I love music of all genres, I play the guitar and have been known to perform with bands in the past. If I’m not at a festival or riding my old Mercian track bike, then you’ll find me helping friends and family with personal design projects.
