Endpoint reinforces client service focus, promotes Jo Ellicott to Client Services Director

The talented Jo Ellicott joins Endpoint’s senior leadership team after being promoted to Client Services Director.

Jo’s been a core team member for a while now and excelled in her previous role as our Brand Implementation team’s Client Services Lead where she looked after a number of key projects and accounts: including Premier Inn, TUI, and Hikma.

Now, as Client Services Director, she’ll take on responsibility for all client-facing teams across the business with a focus on improving the company’s overall client experience.

Jo will also be more involved with project work from a strategic perspective. However, she’ll continue to oversee her team who work on Endpoint’s long-term accounts – like Premier Inn, intu and Sainsbury’s – and will be instrumental in growing project-based work for numerous clients.

This is a key role at Endpoint. As Jo has worked both client-side and agency-side she has a very good understanding of what clients want and how to put them firmly at the heart of the business.

Paul Veness, Co-founder was delighted to formally make the news public. “In the two years since joining us, Jo has consistently demonstrated her passion for building and retaining great relationships with our clients. Jo’s hard work and enthusiasm combined with her experience have helped us drive the business forward. Gideon, Alison, Christian, Peter and I are excited to welcome Jo to the senior leadership team.”

Jo is equally pleased; “I’m thrilled to be part of a business who recognises and values the importance of client service,” she said. “As Endpoint continues to evolve this is something that really excites me. With my first few weeks under my belt, I’m looking forward to getting stuck in!”
