Guy's and St Thomas' – Hospital wayfinding strategy

The benchmark NHS hospital wayfinding project

View

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK. It comprises two of London’s best-known teaching hospitals with more than 2 million patient contacts per year.

Adding longterm value

We have been a first-choice partner for wayfinding and signage implementation since 2006. We help improve the patient and visitor experience creating appropriate wayfinding interventions as the hospitals refurbish and expand.

Following positive feedback on the initial FACE project, the Trust’s initiative for ‘Improving the face of Guy’s and St Thomas’, working with the architect KSS, we were commissioned to roll out the new design throughout the two hospitals. We created an implementation plan and coordinated all trades and suppliers.

We continue to help the Trust, involved early in the process of any refurbishment or expansion plans. We are proud to be a trusted partner, helping to make a visit to the hospital a less daunting and better experience for all.
