Endpoint’s Senior Wayfinding Manager, Alison Richings, will take to the stage on Tuesday 25th June to deliver a ‘Masterclass’ session at the Railway Improvement: Getting Britain Back on Track conference.
The ‘Masterclass’ session takes place at 12:30pm at the America Square Conference Centre, London. In the session Alison will share the importance of wayfinding in improving the passenger experience, discussing how rail operators and train stations can reduce complexity and make life easier for their customers by adopting modern wayfinding principles.
The Railway Improvement: Getting Britain Back on Track conference is a one day event hosted by Public Service Events. The conference will explore the challenges facing both passenger and freight rail and how rail operators can approach increasing demand and strained capacity in the future.
Notable speakers at the event include the Minister of State for Transport, Rt. Hon. Simon Burns, the Chairman of the Association of Train Operating Companies, Tom Smith and BBC South Transport Correspondent, Paul Clifton.
