Shaima Alteneiji

I’m a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer and Project Coordinator, with over four years of experience across both government and private sectors. After graduating from Zayed University in Abu Dhabi with a BA in Graphic Design, I built my career around creating compelling visual solutions that enhance communication and engagement.

My expertise spans visual identity development, social media content creation, and the design of event branding and internal campaigns. I’m known for combining creativity with strategic thinking, delivering designs that are visually impactful and brand aligned.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to major national institutions, including the Department of Transport, Abu Dhabi Customs, and the Ministry of Education. At Endpoint, I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on wayfinding and environmental graphic design projects.

I bring a blend of creativity, attention to detail and strong execution skills, and I love working in collaborative environments where I’m able to grow and innovate.
