The economic upturn in the UK and parts of Europe is really starting to gather momentum and London is bursting with vitality, clearly benefitting from the legacy of the 2012 Olympics. This, along with the imminent investment boom in the Middle East as preparations for the 2020 World Expo in Dubai and 2022 World Cup in Qatar swing into action, presents an extraordinary opportunity for Endpoint to build on the strong achievements of 2013.
The past twelve months marked a momentous year for Endpoint characterised by double-digit client gains and some landmark projects that have seen us work with ambitious brands across many sectors; including Europe’s leading rail brand, the rollout of a new telecoms brand in the Middle East and the rebrand of 12 intu Shopping Centres in the UK. We’re witnessing an increasing recognition among client leadership teams that smart brand implementation and a well-orchestrated rollout of a new brand is what makes all the difference.
In London our team has grown to 30 strong and as well as appointing our first Client Services Director – buoyed on by new work that includes the transformation of Wembley Park – we have also considerably expanded our wayfinding team and offer. Wayfinding Design Director, Alison Richings now leads a team of specialist wayfinders and designers and already, with the year only one-month-old we have seen an influx of enquiries for some very exciting new developments and regeneration projects. Wayfinding is certainly a hot topic at the moment.
Our Endpoint Gulf team is flourishing too, with brand delivery and wayfinding projects for clients in Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and across the UAE.
In 2014 we will again be the lead sponsor of the Transform Awards, Europe’s only dedicated celebration of rebranding, repositioning and transformation. But in a new development, we will also sponsor the Transform Awards MENA for the Gulf States, the inaugural awards to be held in Dubai in early June.
Endpoint continues to work closely with the international brand community supporting agency teams with our specialist implementation expertise. Increasingly we are referring brand strategy and design work into our agency friends where clients have asked us for advice or to coordinate the selection of an agency partner.
We are always looking to connect with new client teams, agencies, architects and property developers to talk about exciting brand implementation and wayfinding projects, so get in touch with us now and we can make 2014 a truly momentous year together.
