The trio of Genevieve Smith, Richard Wilson and John Schofield have seen many changes since stepping through the doors of our first office on Margaret Street in 2002, yet they still remain as youthful and energetic as they did on that fateful day.
Three office moves later, Genevieve remarks “Having lived through the early days of Endpoint, I find it remarkable that I can count on only one hand the number of people I couldn’t stand! It is a testament to the company culture that we have withstood good times and bad while maintaining not only a working but social relationship with each other”.
Endpoint’s IT aficionado Richard, who can often be found strutting around the office in his trademark Mankini sipping on a Tequila Sunrise, says of the occasion “I can’t believe how quickly my ten years at Endpoint have gone. My time here has been filled with many great memories alongside fantastic colleagues, past and present. I really am looking forward to another ten years that’s if I haven’t already outstayed my welcome!”
John, the elder statesmen of the group, has a much more philosophical outlook on the proceedings, stating how the Endpoint environment really does give its staff “the freedom and encouragement to develop their potential with a wide variety of clients and projects within a creative environment. It has been a pleasure working here for the last ten years”.
Gideon Wilkinson and Paul Veness, the founding partners of the company, had this to say about the trio, “Never could we have imagined when we started Endpoint back in 1999 that we would have three employees celebrating their ten year anniversary. It’s a great testament to the culture of the company and the fantastic people we have working here that they have stayed with us for so long. Our sincerest thanks go out to John, Genevieve and Richard for all their dedication and hard work over the years, they are a real asset to this company and have played a vital role in the success of Endpoint. Here’s to another ten years!”
